CarbonSports offers a 24-month warranty against all defects of workmanship or material. Excluded are any damages due to improper use or repairs by unauthorized personnel.

No-cost repairs for registered wheels

Small defects will be repaired by CarbonSports free of charge (max. 0.5 hours of labor). The decision to repair a wheel free of charge remains at the sole discretion of CarbonSports; esUnder no circumstance will CarbonSports be obliged to perform no-cost repairs. Send the wheel to CarbonSports to have the damage assessed. Upon assessment the defect will either be repaired free of charge, or you will get a quote for the cost of the repair.

Should your wheel be damaged beyond repair (e. g. due to a crash) we will offer a 30% discount from the regular price of a replacement wheel. In this case the damaged wheel will become the property of CarbonSports. These rules apply only to the registered original owner for the duration of his life. Transport costs are to be covered by the customer.

Original owners are encouraged to register their wheels with CarbonSports. Only registered wheels are eligible for the no-cost repair program or replacement discounts. Click “Register” to register your wheel.
