to pay via pre-payment via money transfer, automatic-funds-withdrawal,
cash-on-delivery. Customers under 18 years of age
require the additional signature of a parent or legal
guardian. For automatic-funds-withdrawal or C.O.D.
purchases the birthdate of the parent or guardian
is also necessary. The account holder and the order
placing party must be the same person.

If you have already paid for the articles being returned, we will
credit your customer account, or by request we will send you a check. Please
note that all returns should be delivered to the following address:We offer
an unconditional 14-day money back guarantee, no questions asked. Simply
return the unused part in its original container at no cost to you within
14 days (EU only; contact us in advance for details when ordering from abroad).
This warranty is void for special order parts, except in cases of
damaged parts. Be advised that we will consider special orders with advance
payment only. If you have already paid for parts you are returning we will

Shipping and handling
S&H within Germany is free on all your orders. For international orders,
we will choose the cheapest means of transport and inform you of any additional
cost in advance via email. Insurance available upon request. Cost for shipping
and handling is part of the original contract.
Backorders
Should an article be temporarily out of stock we reserve the right
to partial delivery. The remaining components will be mailed out as soon
as possible at no additional cost to you.
Delivery insurance
Delivery insurance is available. We will inform you of any additional
cost in advance via email. Insurance costs are part of the original contract.
Please inform us at the time of your order if you do not wish your packages
to be insured.
Price
All prices are given in Euro including German value added tax. Only
the current prices shown at www.carbonsports.de are valid (errors excepted).
We cannot honor prices listed elsewhere. All amounts are due immediately
upon receipt of the product.
